RELX Infinity vs Creator 35K
Both are RELX. Both are pod systems — buy the device once, then buy pods. But they are built around opposite ideas, and which one suits you comes down to a single question: do you want to spend on the device or on the pods?
Here is the whole thing in one table, with our actual prices.

Creator 35K — cheap to start, big pods
The Creator battery is $9.99. That is less than most single disposables. The pods are $13.99 and rated at 35,000 puffs each.
So your first purchase is $23.98, and after that you are buying one $13.99 pod at a time. Because each pod lasts so long, this is the lower running cost of the two by a wide margin — assuming you are happy staying on one flavor for a while.
That is the real trade-off. A 35K pod is a commitment. If you get two days in and decide you do not like Longjing Ice Tea, you are looking at a lot of remaining pod.
Creator suits you if: you know what you like, you want the lowest cost per week, and you would rather not think about reordering often.
Infinity — pricier device, cheap pods, 55+ flavors
The Infinity devices run $31.99 to $49.99 depending on finish. That is a real up-front cost. But the pods are $4.99 for a single, or $12.99 for a three-pack — and there are over fifty flavors in stock, including a large set of 3% nicotine options.
At $4.99 a pod, changing your mind is cheap. You can keep four flavors on the go and rotate.
The devices are also a different class of object. The Artisan Series ($49.99) comes in leather and brushed metal finishes; the Infinity 2 Plus ($35.99) has fifteen colorways. If the thing in your hand matters to you, this is the line.
Infinity suits you if: you like switching flavors, you want 3% as well as 5% options, and you do not mind paying more once for a device you actually like holding.
Running the numbers
The honest answer is that it depends on how fast you get through a pod, and we cannot tell you that — it varies enormously between people.
What we can say:
- Creator is cheaper to get started. $23.98 vs $36.98. Not close.
- Creator is cheaper per puff — $13.99 for 35,000 is a low rate by any measure in this category.
- Infinity is cheaper to be wrong. A $4.99 pod you dislike is an annoyance. A $13.99 35K pod you dislike is a week of regret.
RELX does not publish a comparable puff rating for Pod Pro 2, so we are not going to invent one to make the comparison look tidier. Come in and we will tell you what people actually report.
What about the disposables?
RELX also makes devices with no pods at all — the Pocket 30K ($17.99), Nova Silkmesh 30K ($16.99) and MagicGo GA4K ($6.99).
Those are a different proposition entirely: nothing to buy again, nothing to keep, and you pay full price every time. If you are not sure you want to commit to any system yet, the MagicGo at $6.99 is a cheap way to find out whether you like RELX at all.
So which one
If you are new to pod systems and want the lowest barrier to entry: Creator 35K. Ten dollars for the battery is hard to argue with.
If you already vape daily, know you will stick with it, and want to be able to switch flavors freely: Infinity. The device costs more once; everything after that is cheaper and there is far more to choose from.
If you are still deciding, come into the shop in Tustin and hold both. It takes thirty seconds and settles it better than any article.
