Our Team — Muze Vape

We are a small counter team in Tustin, and that is deliberate. Everyone behind the register can talk you through a device, not just ring it up — which coil fits which pod, what nicotine strength matches what you were smoking, and why the cheaper listing online is usually not the same product.

Who you will meet

[Name] — Owner Opened Muze Vape after years of watching customers get sold the wrong device and come back frustrated. Handles buying, brand relationships and the verification checks every shipment goes through.

[Name] — Store Manager Runs the counter day to day: staffing, pickup orders, and the age checks that every sale goes through. If an order needs sorting out, this is usually who answers.

[Name] — Vape Specialist The person to ask when you are switching from disposables to a pod system, or chasing a flavor you had two years ago. Knows the coil range for every kit we stock.

[Name] — Inventory & Compliance Keeps stock counts honest so “in stock” on the site means in stock on the shelf, and keeps the 21+ and product-verification records in order.

How we work

• No commission, no push. Nobody here is paid on what they sell you, so the advice is the advice.
• We will tell you not to buy something. If a device is wrong for how you vape, we say so — even when the alternative is cheaper.
• We test what we stock. Devices get unboxed and checked before they go on the shelf.
• 21+ is not a formality. Everyone on this team is trained to check ID, and none of us will bend it.
Join the team We hire when we find people who actually vape and can explain why they use what they use. Retail experience helps; product knowledge matters more. Send a short note about what you use and what you would recommend to a first-time buyer to [email protected] — no formal cover letter needed.
