How it works

1. Join free — create an account with the email you shop with.
2. Earn points on every order, online or in store.
3. Redeem at checkout, or tell us at the counter and we will apply it to the sale.

What points are worth 100 points = 1 o f f . R e d ee minin cr e m e n t so f 1, up to 30% of an order subtotal. Points cannot be used on shipping, taxes or gift cards, and cannot be combined with a clearance price.

Tiers Your tier is based on spend over the previous 12 months and is checked every month.

• Standard — 1 point per $1, birthday points, early access to new arrivals
• **Silver — 250 + ∗ ∗ —1.25 p o in t s p er 1, free shipping on every order regardless of the $80 threshold
• **Gold — 600 + ∗ ∗ —1.5 p o in t s p er 1, free shipping on every order, first pick of limited flavor drops, and a free 30ml e-liquid on your birthday
  In store Give the counter your email or order number and we will add the points on the spot. Points are added after a sale is completed, not at the moment of checkout, so they may take a few minutes to appear online.

Referrals Share your referral link from your account page. Your friend gets 10% off their first order; you get 250 points once that order ships. Referral credit cannot be applied to the same order as another referral.

The fine print

• You must be 21 or over, with ID verified, to hold an account and earn points. Rewards are not a way around the age check.
• Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and are void where prohibited.
• Points expire after 12 months with no purchase activity.
• Returns and cancellations reverse the points earned on those items; points already spent are re-credited to your balance.
• One account per person. Duplicate accounts, bulk buying for resale or referral abuse will void the balance.
• We may adjust earn rates, redemption limits or retire the program with 30 days’ notice; points already earned will be honoured during that window.
