Terms

These terms govern your use of muzevape.com and any purchase from Muze Vape, Tustin, California. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Who may use this site You must be at least 21 years old to browse products, create an account or buy from us. By placing an order you confirm that you are 21 or over and that the information you give us is accurate. We verify age at checkout and again at pickup or delivery, and we may cancel and refund any order where verification fails. Accounts found to belong to someone under 21 will be closed.
2. Accounts You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. One account per person. We may suspend or close accounts used for resale, fraud, referral abuse or repeated policy violations.
3. Products and descriptions We sell nicotine products and vaping hardware intended for adult use only. Product images, flavor notes and specifications come from the manufacturer and are as accurate as we can make them; colors and packaging may differ between production runs. Nothing on this site is medical advice or a smoking-cessation claim. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a heart condition, talk to a doctor before using nicotine.

WARNING: This product contains nicotine. Nicotine is an addictive chemical.

4. Orders and acceptance An order confirmation email is an acknowledgement, not acceptance. A contract forms when we dispatch the order or mark a pickup order ready. We may refuse or cancel an order — with a full refund — if the item is out of stock, the price was listed in error, the order looks fraudulent, or age verification fails. We do not backorder.
5. Prices, tax and payment Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice; the price at the time you order applies. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment processor. If a payment is reversed or fails after dispatch, we may cancel the order and recover the goods.
6. Shipping, pickup and delivery Shipping is free on orders over $80; below that, the carrier rate is calculated at checkout. Orders are dispatched within 1 business day and normally arrive within 1–2 business days. Delivery requires an adult signature, and someone 21 or over must be present. Pickup orders are collected at our Tustin counter with a matching government-issued ID. Full details are on our Shipping & Delivery page, which forms part of these terms.
7. Returns and refunds Returns are governed by our Returns page. In short: unopened, sealed hardware and e-liquid may be returned within 30 days; opened e-liquid, used pods, coils and disposables cannot be returned; faulty devices are replaced. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
8. Rewards program Points, tiers and redemption are governed by the Rewards page and are a promotional benefit, not property. We may change earn rates, redemption limits or end the program with notice, and points already earned will be honoured for 30 days after any such change. Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are void where prohibited.
9. Acceptable use You agree not to:

• Use the site if you are under 21
• Buy for resale or supply to anyone under 21
• Scrape, copy or republish site content or product data
• Attempt to bypass age verification, payment or security controls
• Upload unlawful, abusive or infringing content in reviews or messages
• Interfere with the site’s operation, or use it to send spam
  We may suspend access and cancel orders where these rules are broken.

10. Reviews and user content By posting a review or message you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the site and in marketing, and you confirm it is your own honest opinion. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading or unrelated to the product.
11. Intellectual property The Muze Vape name, logo, site design and copy belong to us. Brand names, logos and product images belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products we sell. You may not use our marks without written permission.
12. Availability and errors We try to keep stock counts and product pages accurate, but the site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Where a clear pricing or description error is found before dispatch, we will contact you and offer to cancel and refund.
13. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or damage caused by misuse of a product, use contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions, or devices charged with incompatible accessories. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14. Indemnity You agree to indemnify Muze Vape against claims arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of a product, or your supply of nicotine products to a minor.
15. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
16. Changes We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Changes apply to orders placed after publication. Material changes will be announced on the site.
